Overview

Mostly focused on bringing in the new repos and making sure things don't break.

Few updates aside from that:

• Initial support for new sailing artifact tier
• Add support for the new spice and new territory for the name
• Add initial attempt at support for new refinery cycle
• Partial support for more sigil tiers (more to do here)
• Update deathnote with new mobs (which helped Teal summoning)
• New tome line ordering
• Fix bug with images, so some missing images should start showing up on the site.
